Manuel is the Corporate Advisor for CrossDock Supply Mexico. In this position, he oversees all legal matters in Mexico, including business agreements and regulatory compliance issues.
Manuel has extensive experience in providing expert and strategic legal advice to businesses throughout the oil & gas and offshore industries. Manuel came to CrossDock Mexico after working for various law firms in Spain and Mexico, where he led business development projects as a corporate lawyer. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for corporate functions and preventing legal contingencies through sophisticated schemes, including assemblies, statutory audit, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Manuel obtained a law degree and a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from Universidad Complutense in Madrid. Upon his move to Mexico, he simultaneously built his law career and earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Law. During this time, Manuel acquired a solid knowledge base of all kinds of situations that affect companies from their birth to liquidation. In 2018, he began his career in the maritime working with Gulf Marine Contractors.
Manuel's greatest passion outside of law and study is rugby, which he has played rugby since he was 16. Manuel also enjoys other contact sports, such as mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiujitsu, and boxing.
