Herman Ross

Herman is the Sales Executive for CrossDock, responsible for creating and maintaining new business relationships with clients and vendors and sourcing new product lines.  He also oversees marketing and promotions forCrossDock and assists with maintenance in our crate manufacturing factory.

Herman spent the first ten years of his career in retail as a general manager. Herman then transitioned to working as a sales engineer for a leading pneumatics/automation manufacturer. Eventually, his passion led him to become a sales coordinator in the Hydraulics field.

Outside of work, Herman enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hiking, and completing home renovations.
